We strive to process orders within 5 business days from the time we receive your order. Orders received after 2pm (GMT+2) on Fridays, weekends, or bank holidays are processed the next working day. While we hope to meet the delivery times stated, please understand that some factors, like shipping delays or the crafting of made-to-order pieces, may be beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
- Standard Shipping within France: 3-5 business days.
- Standard Shipping within Europe: 4-7 business days.
- Standard Shipping to America, Asia, Oceania: 8-15 business days (some countries may take up to 30 days).
- Note: Limited Edition Prints are made to order and can take up to 4 days to produce. Your patience is appreciated.
Packaging of Prints
- Our prints are shipped with care to ensure their safe arrival. Prints are sent flat in a carton envelope, protected by beautiful, delicate paper. For prints larger than 65 cm on any side, we use tubes for shipping, also safeguarded with delicate paper.
Payment and Pricing
- We offer a variety of payment options, which will be listed during the checkout process. Please note that full payment is required for order processing.
Limited Edition Nature
- Our prints are exclusive, limited in quantity, and won't be reprinted once sold out. This exclusivity makes your purchase truly special.
Order Cancellation
- If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours. Due to the nature of our made-to-order process, we may not be able to accommodate cancellations or changes after this period.
Returns and Exchanges
- We aim for your complete satisfaction. If there’s an issue with your print upon arrival, please contact us immediately. We handle returns on a case-by-case basis, primarily focusing on damaged or defective items.

- All prints are original works and the intellectual property of Stefania Tejada. These artworks are intended for personal use and should not be reproduced or used commercially without prior consent.
