Orders and ProductionAll artworks from En Colombia Somos Como las Flores, Earthquake Emergency Relief Fund 2026 are produced on demand following confirmation of each order.
All sales are final. Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged or refunded.
Condition of the Artwork Upon Receipt
Every artwork is produced, handled and packaged with the utmost care. In the unlikely event that an artwork arrives damaged, please get in touch with contact@stefaniatejada.com within three days of receiving your artwork and provide clear photographs of the artwork and its original packaging.Once the damage has been verified, a replacement will be produced and sent at no additional cost. A monetary refund will not be issued, as the profits generated through this initiative are committed to the organizations and communities supported by the project.
Shipping and Fulfilment
Orders within Latin America will be fulfilled and shipped from Bogotá and México City. Orders to Europe, the United States, Asia Pacific and the rest of the world will be fulfilled and shipped from Paris.All orders will be dispatched no later than October 15, 2026. Delivery times following dispatch will vary according to destination and the postal or courier service responsible for the shipment.
Please ensure that all names, addresses, postal codes, telephone numbers and other delivery information provided at checkout are complete and accurate. The artist cannot be held responsible for parcels that are delayed, returned or undeliverable as a result of incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
If a parcel is returned because an incorrect address was provided, delivery was refused, or the parcel was not collected within the period established by the carrier, any additional shipping costs required to send the artwork again will be the responsibility of the customer.
Any customs duties, import taxes or additional charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
This project is independently managed as a one person artistic practice. Every work is prepared individually and with particular attention to its production, presentation and delivery. Your patience throughout this process is sincerely appreciated. Every confirmed order will be fulfilled.
Bespoke Formats
If you would like the work in a bespoke dimension specifically considered for your space, please get in touch with contact@stefaniatejada.com.Each bespoke format will be subject to an individual quotation according to its dimensions, production requirements and technical specifications. Shipping will also be quoted individually, as the cost of packaging and transportation will depend on the dimensions and final format of the work.
Bespoke works commissioned within En Colombia Somos Como las Flores will remain part of the same fundraising initiative, and all profit generated through these works will also be donated.
Donation and Transparency
All profit generated through this project will be donated to between one and three organizations working directly with communities and families affected by the earthquake, with priority given to the areas in greatest need.For complete transparency, based on the current production estimates for the standard editions, approximately 17% to 21% of the artwork price is allocated to the direct costs required to produce and fulfil the project, including printing, packaging materials and payment processing fees. The remaining approximately 79% to 83% of the artwork price will form part of the donation.
Shipping is charged separately and is allocated to the cost of preparing and transporting each order to its destination. No artistic fee or personal profit will be retained from this initiative.
These percentages are provided as an indication and may vary slightly according to the format purchased, production requirements and payment processing costs. Bespoke formats may carry a different cost ratio depending on their dimensions and production specifications.
By September 30, 2026, everyone who participated in the project will receive an update identifying the organization or organizations supported and detailing how the funds were allocated. Where funds are used for the direct purchase of essential goods, materials or resources, information regarding those purchases and their purpose will also be shared.
Documentation confirming the donation will be provided to participants. Where an organization issues a collective certificate, receipt or other official confirmation corresponding to the total contribution made through the project, a copy of that documentation will also be shared.
Edition and Certificate of Authenticity
Each Limited Edition Print includes a Certificate of Authenticity, signed by the artist and individually numbered in correspondence with the edition.Each Poster is signed and individually numbered by the artist. Please note that the Poster does not include a Certificate of Authenticity.
Copyright and Intellectual Property
The purchase of an artwork constitutes the acquisition of the physical work only and does not transfer copyright, intellectual property rights or reproduction rights.Stefania Tejada retains full copyright and authorship of the artwork. The artwork may not be reproduced, copied, printed, published, altered, distributed, licensed, commercialized, incorporated into products or merchandise, or otherwise used for commercial purposes without the prior written authorization of the artist.
Ownership of the physical artwork does not grant the purchaser the right to reproduce or commercially exploit the image in any form.
Privacy and Personal Information
All personal information provided in connection with an order will be treated confidentially and used solely for the administration, payment, production, communication and delivery of that order, as well as for communications directly related to the fundraising initiative.Personal information will never be sold or used for unrelated commercial purposes. Information will only be transmitted where necessary to trusted service providers involved in completing the transaction, such as payment processors, postal services or courier companies, and only to the extent required to process and deliver the order.
Donation updates and project communications will be sent privately. Customer names, email addresses, addresses and other personal details will not be publicly disclosed or shared with other participants in the initiative.
